UCSRB staff had the amazing opportunity to volunteer with the WaterWheel Foundation staff at the Phish concert at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, Washington on Friday, July 20, 2018 accepting donations for WaterWheel merchandise as well as networking with concert-goers and Phish admirers. The WaterWheel Foundation was established by the band Phish in 1997 and oversees the band’s various charitable activities.The Foundation raises money and works with pre-selected nonprofits during the band’s yearly concert tour to engage and collaborate with local nonprofits in various communities where the band plays.

Thanks to the generosity of fans, the WaterWheel Foundation has donated over $1,000,000 to more than 425 groups since its creation.
