A plan to restore viable and sustainable populations of salmon, steelhead, and other at-risk species

We collaborate with partners to facilitate implementation of salmon habitat restoration and protection projects that are consistent with the Upper Columbia Spring Chinook Salmon and Steelhead Recovery Plan.

We use a non-regulatory, voluntary approach needs sustained investment to continue to be successful acknowledging integration of recovery efforts across all management sectors (habitat, harvest, hatcheries and hydropower) is necessary; habitat restoration alone will not achieve recovery.
