Andy Hover, Winthrop, is an Okanogan County Commissioner elected in 2016. He serves on the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board, the Methow Watershed Council, and Eastern Washington Cascades Provincial Advisory Committee. Andy lives in the Methow Valley where he was raised. There they maintain a custom farming business. Andy attended Washington State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Technology and Management.
