$12 million in funding is available to implement fish passage work and build tribal organizational capacity in FY2022 under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act).

Award amounts range from $300,000 to $5 million over the award period.

August 29, 2022: Deadline for proposal submissions

Applicants should apply through the www.Grants.gov website. A complete standard NOAA financial assistance application package should be submitted in accordance with the guidelines in the Notice of Funding Opportunity announcement posted to www.Grants.gov. Each application must include the application forms from the SF-424 form family.

Eligible applicants are Indian tribes (as defined in 25 U.S.C. Section 5304 (e)) and tribal commissions or consortia.
