Commissioner Ray Campbell

Ray Campbell, Lower Methow Valley, is an Okanogan County Commissioner who was elected in 2012 to serve the people of Okanogan County. He is also a member of the Upper Columbia Salmon Recovery Board. Mr. Campbell served on the Methow Valley Water Basin Planning Unit (WRIA 48) as the representative of the lower reach of the Methow Valley from 1999 until the final adoption of the Watershed Plan in 2005. Okanogan County Commissioners then appointed Mr. Campbell to the Methow Valley Watershed Council to work on implementation of the Watershed Plan through the end of 2009.

Mr. Campbell was raised on small cattle ranch in the lower Methow Valley, which he now owns and operates, raising cattle and horses. His working career has included working in the timber industry, construction business, cattle ranching, and owning and operating a real estate brokerage in the Methow Valley.
